The check workflow failed on feat/design-lint-ci at bf850516e0 (run 23379).

Diagnose with get_build (it returns failure logs). If it's a transient infra flake (truncated download, registry hiccup, timeout), retry_build and verify it goes green. If it's a real failure, fix it on a branch and open a PR as usual.
