Companion to plat/gitops#25: fork_regen_secrets seals backup-ns minio-root + gitops-mirror-creds per daughter; trim_gitops_lean strips the parent-site mirror legs (pg-grand/B2); coldstart A10 asserts >=4 backup CronJobs on seed-grown platforms. Without this, the next reseed would fail fork_verify_all_sealed on the parent-sealed backup secrets.

seed carried no data protection and nothing noticed. Now: fork_regen_secrets
seals the backup namespace's minio-root + gitops-mirror-creds fresh per
daughter; trim_gitops_lean strips the parent-site mirror legs (pg-grand
standby, B2 — parent custody, not heritable); coldstart gate A10 asserts a
seed-grown platform carries >=4 backup CronJobs. If it isn't gated, it
regresses.
