Superseded: #127 carries the fork-side fix this seed needs (plat-auth-secrets sealing + edge OAuth registration). Once it merges, the nightly reseed will cut a fresh seed from main — with mcp 0.39.2 and the sealing fix — and open its own PR. Closing this one rather than rebasing a stale blob.

Superseded: this seed predates the fork-secrets fix that merged with #127 (fork_regen_secrets missing plat-auth-secrets.yaml), so its gate can only reproduce the decryption failure. The auto-reseed on merged main (manifest v2, publish_seed) replaces it.
