New daughters are born with plat/app-template; the seed list, germinate's template-flag step, coldstart gate E2, reseed-verify and the wiki follow. docs/program-log.md keeps the historical name.

Merge AFTER the gitops mcp pin reaches 0.45.0 — a daughter germinated with an older mcp only knows the old name.
