Closes #62.

Mechanical reseed built with bin/seed against origin (all 7 bundles at origin branch heads; mitosis @ 178a909, the #61 merge). The bundled plat/mitosis now carries the fixed bin/lib.sh (derived kept-set + _ensure_flux_kust self-heal + split-local set-u fix), so a depth-2 granddaughter also activates the whole whiteboard first-try.

Verification

  • unpacked the seed; cloned every bundle; all 7 refs == origin heads at seed time (gitops 76221ac, mcp c426148, agents a28ce51, _app-template 6827d1a, ci-builder ce9994c, mitosis 178a909, hello a5d0553)
  • mitosis bundle tree == origin main minus genesis/ + .claude/; trim_gitops_lean carries the _ensure_flux_kust calls
  • gitops bundle: full whiteboard tree (kyverno, kyverno-policies, letsencrypt, cosign-signing) + the kyverno→kyverno-policies Flux Kustomizations
  • gap demonstrated live: a fresh daughter germinated today from the OLD committed seed carries a pre-fix lib.sh (zero _ensure_flux_kust hits) — exactly what #62 describes; this seed closes it
  • germination equivalence: the seed's mitosis bundle is byte-identical (minus genesis/.claude) to the working tree that germinated today's daughter first-try (whole whiteboard: 10/10 Kustomizations Ready, 12 ClusterPolicies, E2E app built→reviewed→shipped)

A follow-up reseed will be worth it once agents 0.7.6 lands (plat/agents#10 duplicate-webhook fix + plat/agents#11 preview-probe fix) — noted on #62.

The bundled plat/mitosis now ships bin/lib.sh with the derived-kept-set
trim + _ensure_flux_kust self-heal and the split-local set -u fix, so a
depth-2 GRANDDAUGHTER (seeded from a daughter) also activates the whole
whiteboard first-try — closing the gap #62 describes (validated live: the
current daughter's pre-fix lib.sh has no _ensure_flux_kust; this seed's
