Regression from 0.7.1 caught by coldstart gate A12 (run514): the placeholder gate failed the daughter's born-bare front door — open-platform/www IS the template as shipped, by design. Platform-owned surfaces (owner open-platform) now keep the placeholder; product apps are still refused.
