The platform repos move to the platform org open-platform (mcp 0.51.0 / agents 0.43.0 / mitosis). The placeholder gate exempted the template by owner literal (plat); it now exempts the repo Forgejo flags template under any owner — the platform org, or the admin user on a platform born before the org — and keeps the open-platform born-bare exemption (the front door). README and the chart's default image ref follow the org.
