    anon / user / admin — three viewer tiers decided in Forgejo and carried by the edge (admin = Forgejo owner, or PLAT_ADMIN_TEAMS); requireUser/requireAdmin/requireManage/requireTeam; the door (security.ts): 401 on every anonymous /api and /openapi request before anything else, PUBLIC_READS registry, anon-surface route walk, headers/CSP, same-origin mutations, anonymous rate limit; sign-in through /_plat/login on public apps. #21
