Same change as plat/mcp#65 and plat/agents#108: the image publishes under whichever owner this repo has (the platform org open-platform after the move, or the admin user before it), and the registry login is the token’s own account. Needed so open-platform/ci-runner:<tag> can be built by CI after the transfer — the isolated pool pulls it by that name (gitops platform-org branch).
