Merging on retry evidence: the original PR gate (run 30) was Terminated by the 40m germination timeout under capacity-2 host contention — the agents chart build was still healthily running (vxrail ~/ci-gate-logs/run30-up.log, Terminated mid-wait). Recalibrated in PR #86 (55m). The retry — coldstart dispatched on this exact head reseed/r29 — germinated and passed the full matrix. Same seed, quiet host, green.
