Run 28089 (#250): the owner probe ran before any port-forward existed, the curl failed, and the fallback answered the admin user — so A7/A8 asked for plat/mitosis on a daughter whose repo is open-platform/mitosis (the germination log shows the tier-1 migrate and 22 wiki pages landed). The probe now starts the tunnel it probes through. Merging this re-runs the reseed from main; #250 is superseded (its branch lost the seed commit to a bad push and was closed).
