Closing as redundant: r25 (PR #81) merged first and this seed was built from the same origin refs — the two blobs differ only in squash timestamps (bin/seed filters genesis/, so a reseed never depends on the previous seed). Both runs prove the automation; the workflow now needs a no-op guard so a dispatch with unchanged refs skips the PR — landing next.
